All three points sound entirely great. Please consider me signed-off on it.
If you need a hand for set-up or anything like that, I can be there -- tell
me when and where.

I'm not too concerned about our recent dearth of meetings -- yes, they're
important, but if we can get things done on this list then that's what I
prefer.
