Okay gang, just got this email.  I had said yes to Nov. 20th as a tentative date and heard nothing back.  
til now.  The issue is this: do we want to take it, having done zero publicity and the night before we 
travel to Miami/Georgia?  Or do I call her on it?  I never got this phone call that she found a projector.

If this list does not respond, I am telling her no, and completely dropping any of my endeavors to do a 
screening.

OTOH, this might be a good chance to screen Mitchell's recently obtained film.

I am very swamped with school, but can be there and serve food, take tickets, etc.

I just wanted to confirm with you about the Thurs Nov 20th event.
 
I'm sure you got my voice message a couple of weeks ago about me finding a projector for your 
November 20th event, so we are good to go on that date.  Did you establish a set time then?

I am good, been busy, so it's kind of a blessing in disguise that you've been busy as well.
yes, this looks good. a first tentative date would be Thursday, nov. 20th, which is the third thursday of
the month, which is what we would like to do. tentative time would also be 7/7:30 to 10/11:00pm. I
don't know how you do it, if you just say from 5pm onward,, hmm, let me know.
I guess we would also need to know about projector rental costs, we can't think of one to borrow
offhand, so rental would be the way to go. We don't know a lot about the projectors except that we
want something bright and that it can project dvd as well as vhs. Well, actually that it takes the plugs
 from those devices. yikes, i think i will have to call you so we can talk in person more effectively.
