okay gang,  here's the message I shot out to Marie based on the list.  thank you for responding so 
promptly.

Marie- yikes!  I did not get the message on the projector, not sure how I missed that. I had not heard 
back a confirmation for the tentative date, so no planning has taken place.

Shot a message out to our list and just got the feedback that we are very excited to do screenings, but 
one week is too short to do decent publicity.  The group has asked if you have an open date in middle 
December or even January?

Apologies for any crossed wires, hope we can still make this happen.
