I called what (I tihnk) was your home number and left a message.  In any case, I can get a projector 
for you for an addtional $50.  If you call around, the average is about $200 for a full day, $100 for a half 
day (depending on the model).  If you are able to get a projector through someone else for less, that's 
totally cool.  Just let me know.  
 
In any case, we should get together to discuss/plan future events, go over the contract, etc.  
 
Since we aren't holding the screening next week, my vote is we wait until January for your event.  The 
last couple groups we've had in the space have used it to its maximum potential.  I'd really like to get 
into the space over the holidays--clean it up and make some changes so its more user-friendly.  
 
How far in advance do you need to advertise your event?  Can we meet in December then?
