CIMC,

Corrections and/or additions are welcome, as usual. See the PDF of my
scanned, handwritten notes from Sunday night for full notes.

CONSENSED that Garth, Thomas Yun, and Mitchell would draft a query to the
CIMC working list (this one) within 48 hours, to ask IMC-Process how a
decision was made to syndicate features from local IMCs, without asking
those IMCs.

CONSENSED that Emily and Chris Geovanis will gather names and emails of
volunteers to contact each of them, to set up a larger meeting.
