[CIMC-work] Chicago Youth Feature-yes or no?

I spent a two hours piecing this feature together last night, wished I knew HTML, can i get a response 
on whether it is feasible to get this up?  I know Miami is going on and if we're in that much of a pinch, I 
understand.  or if it's thought not worthy...  g.

okay gang,  hate to push FTAA down further, but we have the makings of another Center Feature that I 
think would do good to get up, particularly for the subject matter.  Can someone put this up if no 
objections?  garth

Title: Chicago Youth Push for Jobs, Education and Justice!

Summary:  100,000 Chicago youth 16-24 are unemployed, without help or hope for college or a job.  
70% are black or Hispanic.  34% of black high school grads are unemployed.  Yet 50% of the soldiers 
in Iraq are black or Hispanic, while education and employment programs continue to get cut!
