[CIMC-work] Meeting, center panel, letter

I haven't had a chance to post/write a center panel regarding UIC
bioweapons; I've been busy all weekend and away from email for most of
that time.  

I can work on a draft tonight; Garth, if you can get a suitable thumbnail 
graphic posted, that'd be great.
