[CIMC-work] Stallman status, nov 30

 From what I can tell, Stallman is going to be kept going through Jan 1. 
  So far the two servers that were supposed to replace it haven't been 
set up (I think one is ready but doesn't have bandwidth/hosting space, 
and the other is still being set up but has hosting space ready).  I 
think we'll move to one of those, sometime when they get set up, but 
that's probably like a week off.
