[CIMC-work] story?

I'm for a center panel feature, but it should reflect the reality that even 
the corporate press is reporting -- namely that the city council passed a 
watered down, toothless resolution despite the fact that even aldermen like burt 
natarus were calling for the REPEAL of the patriot act. i don't have time to do 
this, and i don't know if Dick is working on it. we do have photos which i 
hope to upload tonight. any takers?
