hey gang,
let me just give a qoute of the response.  

"As of right now our space is booked until the middle of November.  The going rate for week nights 
are $150.  Upon signing a contract, we require a $100 security deposit that you will get back after your 
last use date assuming the space or equipment hasn't been damaged.  
While we do have a pa system available, we do not have a video projector on the premises.  
Apparently someone  had donated the projector for certain widc events in the past.  Renting a 
projector is an option (I am not sure how much that would cost just yet, I'll need to speak to some 
vendors), but would be have to be added to cost of the rental of the space.
If you aren't familiar with our space but interested in visiting it beforehand, we can set up an 
appointment to meet there. " 

So, we need to make a date and i will call our contact.  Thursday night the 20th might then be the 
soonest.  the following thurs is thanksgiving.  the 20th also becomes the third week of the month.
let me know and i'll call our woman asap.  I'll also finalize the projector situation as well.
