Anoche yo hable con Silvio por chat. Ellos no tiene una pay pal o
cuenta de banco. Todos los bancos son cerrado ahora. El aeropuerto es
cerrado, la empresas son cerrado, los carreteras con cerrado. No
podemos envinar nada ahorita. Pero podemos hacer la propuesta para
plata ahora y envinar después cuando la situación es mas tranquillo.

cmi bolivia y la otra para la fundo para los familiares de campaner at s

English:
Last night i talked to Silvio online. They don't have a pay pal account
or a bank account. Beyond that, all the banks are closed right now. The
airport is closed, the businesses are closed, the highways are closed.
We can't send anything right at this moment. But we can make a proposal
and ask for money now which can be sent once things calm down.

Using the imc-tech donation account i created url's to allow for
donations both for indymedia bolivia and for a fund to help the
families of those killed in the protests.
