[CIMC-work] we need to change our contact email

hey gang, 

the person i was in contact with at Francis Parker said she had tried contacting us three weeks ago 
via or listed contact and never heard back.  Only later through directly writing Elizabeth did she get 
ahold of us.

It's not working.  Should we get a generic email box that we can all access?
