[CIMC-work] New storyblock - DC demo and Chicago bus caravan

HI all

New storyblock on the DC antiwar demos this weekend. Since Chicago has a bus 
caravan going, and this promises to be the largest anti-war action in the 
country this fall, seems like a  timely item for center panel. Both Chris, Garth, 
and I are going, so will have some local coverage both for here and DC. 
Anybody else going?
