[CIMC-work] Center Feature Proposal

The word will come from Kevin Clark of Chicago-ISM, he will likely put up a 
post but I will also forward your telephone numbers to him.  If he posts an 
announcement that one would make more sense to use, as it will be tweaked 
for the past tense.  it will make sense.
