Garth, I think I see what you mean.  I made the change--didn't really
fix the color issue--do you think the article link and the photo
galleries link on the same line would work better--maybe I could just
make the link from full article and leave Read in black?  Part of the
visual problem (I think) is not just the color, but starting the line
with the shortest line.  Hmmm. -- eliz

Eliz, Mitch,

that was the right thumbnail, good work, feels good collaborating on
getting the center features up. As to the Police Brutality thumbnail,
Mitchell simply recycled it as an updated feature that he did. Oh, I was
thinking on our latest Congress feature that perhaps the link to
Mitchell's article: read more should be changed to "read full article".
It looks a little elusive with the black link to my pics right 
below it.  Just a thought..

PS: Silly question--but the two police brutality stories on the front
page are using the same thumb--is that the only thumb--if so, do we need
it twice?  Just checking.
