[CIMC-work] FSRN negotiations

Apropos of the FSRN negotiations with Pacifica, this is the type of thing
that a good transactional lawyer could help with.  Obviously, there's no
guarantee of any particular result, but sometimes fine-tuning the precise
language can find more common ground than previously appeared.

Negotiations are part of my work, and I'm willing to help, most likely on a
pro bono basis (depending on exactly what is needed), but I'm not sure who
to approach.  The first thing is to make sure current negotiators are not
undermined, and to see what points a fresh brain could investigate.
