[CIMC-work] Center Panel on USA Patriot Act

Hi, there.

I'm interested in assembling a center panel on the USA Patriot act debate
that's coming up at the Chicago City Council.  

I hope to have that done today or tomorrow.  I'll post it to this list,
then post it to Center Panel.
