[CIMC-work] Some un-hosing--at least those posted earlier this morning

Okay--newly loaded photos are now coming through on the newswire (that
were posted but not showing an hour ago), but am still not seeing older
ones go through. (10:50am chi time)--eliz

Things should be fixed now, though space isn't freeing itself up as 
fast as I had expected.  Hopefully by the morning everything will be 
sorted out, though.  Your individual pictures shouldn't make a huge 
difference -- Chicago's upload space hasn't filled up anyway, just some 
other parts of Stallman.
