we've had screenings there before. if you have a quiet place to screen, cool. it's a fun time. we made a lot of money there last april, with a $10 SUGGESTED DONATION. have a schedule, make flyers and post in the area (buckerpark). best way to promote over there. schedule screenings early, preferably with intro and maybe a short speaker, so the party kids have room to get down. maybe do a later screening (when it's dark out) on teh wall outside...)

sounds like we would be just a part of a whole, so figure out how they're planning on splitting the door among the participating groups. is it just us + buddy kids? 

what day?

last time they charged us $150 for the space and we had to rent a projector. we projected onto the wall.
