not sure what's going on with this. are we doing something? have you (amy) confirmed with anyone there? 

need to know about logistics, our responsiblities, space limitations, dates, internet access, manpower, begin/end and more. 

basically a rundown of everything event.

I don't want to be responsible for pulling this together, but would want to be a part of this. it would be GREAT exposure.
