Garth, all,

This can be a tricky situation. Certainly we welcome all volunteers to take
part in self-motivated, CIMC activities. And as a collective we deal with
issues of finance for CIMC-related income and expenses.

However, I think all of us should be careful about indicating arrangements
that are not backed up by CIMC consensus.
