[CIMC-work] razorwire events and things

Hey, Emily,

I think this was something Dick had suggested back in January.  Basically
it would be like a feature at the top of the column that never gets pushed
down.

So it would differ from the current upcoming events by having a picture
(smaller than typical feature picture).  It would be like including
visuals in the upcoming events.  The razorwire allows this functionality,
I believe.
