[CIMC-work] (A) Book Fair

It's scheduled for May 7- May 9.

I am still not clear on Garth's fundraiser, although some of it has been 
discussed.  Is May 8 the definite date?  Has Buddy's come through?  Please inform 
us on your progress.  This should be on the agenda at Sunday's meeting.  

The deadline for table reservation at the book fair is April 15, therefore 
I/we need to know exactly when the fundraiser will take place.  If I go, I will 
need a lot of material to sell/distribute.  T-shirts, pins, DVDs, brochures, 
etc.   Is there enough time to get all of it together?  Who will contribute?

Don't mean to be a pest, but I/we must make a decision soon.  Garth's thing 
is more important, but IF there is a logistical change, I will need to go to 
Madison.  It's going to include the entire Midwest region, and I think it would 
benefit us.
