[CIMC-work] concerns about unilateralism and lack of respect for consensus within video

Chris,

I'm concerned that you and Al discussed the regular time slot with CAN-TV.
This was not consensed to during our last meeting. In fact I pointedly
objected on the ground that the video collective had not yet worked out
its organizational process yet. In fact this unilateral action is yet
another example of how we need to work on our process more.

I'm overall concerned by some of the unilateralism that is taking place
within video in terms of decision-making. This is another example of
where a block has been raised but has not been respected. The other
example would be the repeated insertion of the same PSAs into Episode
three.

Video needs to make more an effort of being a collective and working
together to build a consensus. We are a project of Chicago Indymedia.
