[CIMC-work] New Center Panel Bloc proposal from our wire. Cook County Fire Coverup Underway

Hi all

By now I hope everybody's had the opportunity to read the article by 'Drunk 
Bastard' on the cover up underway around the  Cook County Building fire. It is 
a sequel to another article he authored for us, which we decided to make a 
center column feature. IMHO, this is great stuff, well written and researched and 
meets all the criteria for a center panel feature. And it comes from our 
local wire.  I'd like to see it go up today, before we post the Peoria CAT bloc, 
and will do so tonight if we agree, using his first  paragraph  ( not the 
summary comment ) linked to a ' full story  and the photo of Felice as the jpeg 
thumbnail.
