We should remain flexible. Why would we want to dump link-rich, content-rich 
center panels, or undercut our ability to use a strong lead into a story? On 
the other hand, if this discussion is really about other issues -- for example, 
one panel being bumped further down than another, or someone feeling like a 
particular panel should have top positioning for longer, we should discuss 
those issues, as well.
