Hey...

Hey folks, it looks like Santa Barbara IMC got REALLY lost in the shuffle.
I mean like, for months.

They were approved on new-imc back in November, and there is a message
from Jay on -process announcing an internal decision deadline of Nov. 22nd
to which I found no responses...

Seems to me they should be approved, but someone forgot to send the
welcome message? In any event, I'm updating a few things for them on
contact.indy, but I'd like to see formal confirmation from -process before
I single-handedly go in and set them to be approved (and thus put them on
the cities list, etc.)

Also, (and this might just be a case of me missing some posts or so), what
ever happened with Big Muddy IMC? They have a website up and such, and
have for some time - but I can't even FIND them in the contact db...
