I think we should try to get this going, instead of talking. Some possible 
questions have come up so far, that I and other would like to see answered.

They are all very rough still - this is just a first try, but I think if we 
go about it constructively we can develope some kind of procedure.

1. Which subdomain is requested?

2. What this subdomain is for: event / working group / etc:

4. if it is for an event or: for how long, and what will happen after the

If it is not a global project: why can it not be done on the site of a 
local IMC?

6. Existing contacts with indymedia? Are people already engaged with 
Indymedia?

7. technical contact:
