from the video point of view:

thank God Amy was actually prepared, the rest of video
was winging it.  I felt like I was trying to engage
the audience unrealistically, plus I was totally sleep
deprived and out of it.

On the other hand, video has a ton of footage from the
conference, look for a piece on Episode #2.
