[CIMC-work] Center panel is up...

Good news: I've got the center panel posted.

Bad news: Graphics problem rear their head again.  Don or Ian or
somebody: can you please fix this (and can you also remove the
file_1 reference at the end of the panel)?  

(And can someone on Sunday show me exactly how to do these damn graphics
in center panels?)
