[CIMC-work] posters/web button response from Don

check out nyc's site to see what i mean. it doesn't have to be called ALERT every time. it's just a quick, eye-candy button. always something cimc-related, so we can reiterate a CIMC upcoming event, tell people about an upcoming meeting (video, photo, working), call for volunteers, whatever. we can update it after meetings for something. i don't think that would be too much. it's an eye-catching, interesting idea. 

the idea with the posters is that i'd make a dozen or so for M20, and we could point people there. after that, it would go away and something new would replace it. it's not something that would be up there forever, like the photo page. 

it could be done.
