[CIMC-work] delayed center panel...

I just got off the phone with Mitchell, and we've agreed to rebuild this 
center panel w/more links, et al, to incorporate both recent revelations about 
police spying on peace groups and Daley's 'conciliatory' remarks yesterday 
towards peace groups. W/forward copy as soon as I'm done w/the html.
