[CIMC-work] another editorial question

okay gang,
this came up before with portland.  we didn't discuss it.  it 
concerns one imc spamming all the newswires with slams 
on other imcs.  like the portland slam, this one really 
slams people involved in the s.f. issue.  

i find it in poor taste and judgement to send this shit out 
to the open newswire.  also, on this particular issue, u-c 
has become involved.  it looks like a troll was duping this 
gehrig person's name & nessie from S.F. banned him.

anyway, i thin we need to form a semblance of consensus 
on this issue.  i am shooting off a personal email to the 
us-process list, but would like others to weigh in on their 
opinions and we can respond as a collective if agreed 
upon.
