[CIMC-work] editorial access

Hi, collective,

Andrew from the video collective has designed a
webpage for the video collective.  However, he has not
edit privileges so I'll have to upload it and tinker
with the code (leaving something to be desired, so I
think).  How does Andrew (or anyone) get edit
privileges?
