Hey gang,
I'm looking for a couple of food volunteers for Friday. We're going to plan for a hundred people.
Rita said she can make the hummus.
Can someone come up with 100 plates, cups and fork/spoon plasticware? (I hate using it, but the logistics for non-
throwaway is too much on short notice, ergh)!
Could someone come up with Pita Bread?
Is anyone interested in making Salsa? I lack a good recipe. Tortilla chips would be good too, though I can get them from
my supermercado.
Punch. Does someone have a punchbowl? If someone was interested in making punch that would be great.
I am going to make a vegetable platter and a fruit salad. If people can't do the above, I will pick up more of the
responsibility.
I was thinking it would be good if we kept things on the healthy side: avoid the hydrogenated, msg, sugary junkfood type
stuff.
Can someone bring several boxes of crackers? Saltines, wheat, etc.
Anyone up for cheese? even just cheddar and colby...
Other ideas or inspirations? Email me and let me know, if you can help with even one, it will help a great deal.
Gracias,
Garth
