[CIMC-work] center panel proposal

Greetings. I propose we center panel  story# 35654, "COOK COUNTY'S SEA OF 
CORRUPTION" -- Dick Reilly has agreed to write the html. I queried the author via 
the comments section, and s/he has reposted with a photo, fact-checked, and 
cited research sources. It's well-written, timely, local, very factual, (a 
point to which I can personally attest), and it was produced here via our wire, 
which is sort of the essence of indymedia. I don't give a rat's ass that the 
author chooses to use the nom de guere (spelling? undercaffinated...) "drunk 
bastard." How about it? Barring any significant blocks, we'll get this up in the 
next 24 hours, ok? OK, must go to a fucking meeting now...
