[CIMC-work] a note on Kathy Kelly and hero worship

hey gang,
just wanted to shoot it out to you that much attention has centered on Kathy Kelly for various reasons, mostly because she 
does good work.  we should remember, though, that she is not the only person in VitW, for example,nor is she the only 
international activist in Iraq.  Of course she is a Chicagoan, and we pay her special heed.  Something the corporate media 
often does is building up Individual Heroes, separating their good work into something separate from 'regular folks'.   I 
think this is called hero worship.  I think it would behoove the philosophy of our work to bear these things in mind as we do 
future media on Iraq, VitW, and other stuff.
