[CIMC-work] re: Chicago center panels STILL absent from global newsfeed

This is irksome.  Center panels which get posted to Chicago Indymedia
don't appear on the global features newswire.  I just spoke with Chris
G. about this.

How long has it been?  Three months?  Six?

Ian, Don, anybody: Can someone do something to get this fixed?  (Or
can someone point me to the right direction and I'll do the
repairs myself?)  This is really embarrassing.
