Dr. Lora called me at work yesterday.  She wanted us to be on board, and
it sounds like we are, but we still need to work out some of the details
-- series name, lineup of films, discussion "leaders", etc.  A quick
get-together meeting at, say, the Pick-Me Up might help pin a lot of the
details down.

I had suggested "Aftermath" as a film to launch the series, but the 
Bolivarian film can be used as well, or as the second film in the
series.  She seemed cool with the idea (plus it's a wide-raning entree
of different topics), but if you want to have an alternate suggestion, I
would send an email her way (drlora at ameritech.net) to let her know
otherwise.  I had sent her the list of films brainstormed earlier, to help
us figure out a lineup for the next couple of months.

It seemed like she was sold on naming the series "Salon of Awareness" or
"The Salon of Awareness".
