Very strange.  I saw the same thing you did, then suddenly the comment 
disappeared from the page.  I think it must be because of some caching 
that has been set up on the server -- the public page is behind a 
cache, so updates don't appear immediately.  But when you log in, you 
see a non-cached version of the page, which is more accurate.
