[CIMC-work] New center panel on Congress Strike is up

It was a spirited affair this afternoon.  I've posted a stub of a center
panel describing what happened; feel free to modify/amplify/trash the
center panel as you see fit.  I hope to write up some additional coverage
of the events in the coming days as time permits.  I've also posted 13
photos (hey Garth, I've got another 20 or so photos for TCP if you want).

And I would have done this sooner had it not been for this wee basketball 
game in my home state that I was required by law to watch (I'm still so
wired, I probably won't sleep at all tonight).  But hey, there's no game
six in L.A., right?
