[CIMC-work] issues pertaining to center panel

There's more to it than that. The same guy called me and asked me to
reframe the headline and center panel entirely. The language about
fighting had to be removed, but that's not all. I rewrote the center
panel from scratch and cleared my revision with him.
I've gone ahead and done that. Check the center panel now and you'll see
what I mean.
