[CIMC-work] Proposed new story bloc on coup in Haiti, Aristide exile and local response

Hi  y'all. 

As many you know, the US imposed coup and removal of Haitian President  
Jean-Bertrand Aristide has generated considerable local outrage and at least one 
scheduled demonstration by Chicago's Haitian community  next Saturday. 
Yestersrday, Chris G did a fairly lengthy audio interview with Lionel Jean Baptiste - 
an Evanston alderman who is also  well know Haitian human rights activist and 
spokesperson. Looks like we now  have enough material to cobble together a 
fairly solid center panel, with a local hook.  ( NYC , DC, and SF Indybay already 
have panels up ) 

Whaddya think? Will post mockup with links later this afternoon or early 
evening.
