[CIMC-work] blocking a spammer

named criollo.  our friend is back.  i see there is an easy to 
use function on admin to block ip addresses. how do we 
get our buddy criollo's address?  we have his purported 
email:  rightwingchicago at yahoo.com

i have to go to sleep and can't keep hiding his stuff.  there 
were about ten pornogphc images posted as comments 
since 5pm.  six  hours ago.
