Great way to jump all over a situation as it breaks, Chris.
Here's what comes to my mind:
- good prompting of the attorney and good pacing of the interview overall
- nice layout & copy -- only those few paragraphs are needed to introduce the issue, generally and locally, and generate "excitement" for listening to the audio
On the downside, the level (volume) is really low -- too low to really hear well -- in a quiet room -- from my laptop's built-in speakers. And I can't download either track for improved listening elsewhere -- it's not available from the track's right-hand (tiny triangle) menu -- maybe an option was clicked off before the creation of the track(s)?
And, on a lesser point, both big and small tracks start loading right away when the page comes up -- would that be a problem for (slower-connection) modem users? I hate to suggest it, but if that's the case, it may be better to post the same story twice, once with the hi-res track and the other with the low-res one.
You may want to also submit the audio (and copy) to radio4all.net, as they have the best left-oriented, grassroots-produced audio anywhere on the net.
Chris
