[CIMC-work] proposed haiti block

These are great suggestions, Chris. Frankly, I had a huge problem uploading
the audio (which I can hear better if I turn up the volume control directly on
my PC laptop or desktop). Can anyone spec out the audio upload requirements
for the new site code? It seems to automatically want to turn the file into a
RealAudio accessible file, and I couldn't even grab the audio back from the
browser on my laptop until I installed (!) RealAudio. I'm sure accessing the audio
is virtually impossible for people who don't have the appropriate software
preloaded. What's up with this? Ian, anybody, can you point me to specs for more
efficient audio uploading?
