I want to add the stuff below to our Haiti block (the testimony is pretty 
incredible), but don't know how to structure the link. Do I need to add language 
that tells users to download RealPlayer? Help. It's a direct link to C-Span's 
3-3 Haiti congressional hearings. This should go under 'Breaking News'.
