[CIMC-work] blocking the troll

All,

Since the pseudonym "Criollo Pantera" and email address "rightwingchicago"
are undoubtedly false, there is probably no way to easily identify who he
is. I'm not yet even sure how it is possible (in dada code) to block
someone from posting to the newswire. 

I thought I might get some info from the comment's attachments, but
unfortunately as far as I can tell, it is not possible to locate/edit a
picture once it has been hidden.  Unlike hidden articles, there seem to be
no remaining links to a hidden picture once the parent article is hidden.

P.S.  It may be possible to re-locate the hidden picture on edna,
especially if it's filename is known.
