[CIMC-work] M4 center panel

Good idea.

However, we've got Jon's block waiting in the wings, and which I hope to
post tonight (cross-fingers).

Perhaps a week-in-review block might be appropros once Jon's center panel 
goes up.  We can deploy the WiR block on Thursday of this week, say.  

Thoughts?
