[CIMC-work] request $$ for tapes

Hey, collective,

video would like to request funds for tapes.  miniDV tapes, the equivalent
of film for photography, cost at minimum $5 apiece.  We have to use these
tapes when making videos (average one tape per video short) as well as
submitting videos to CAN-TV and making trades with other IMCs, I sent
Atlanta two for example.  This will be an ongoing request.

We're also still jonesing for a digital workstation that can edit video,
photography and audio.  The G4 in the lab may be workable, but I think
there are still some software needs.
